I turned 50 this year.

It is time to live my dream.

 I shop in thrift stores and from years as a costume designer I have a good eye.  I can go through a rack at a thrift store and spot Ann Taylor, Emanuel Ungaro, Armani. at a glance .It’s like radar.

I opened  a boutique called Lilli Blue’s Vintage Rescues @ www.makeminepink.com

When I first started I didn’t know anything more about a computer than how to check email.  I also had not taken a picture since I was a teenager.  My boyfriend loaned me his lap top and his camera . The support of the women on the forums at Make Mine Pink has me doing things I never dreamed I’d do.

My goal is to make beautiful designer clothing available to the average woman at a price she can easily afford. I want your fantasy wardrobe to be a reality.  I rescue only gently owned items. Personal shopping is a service that is available.  

Vintage collectibles are also part of the boutique.  Who can resist a tag sale?  Not me!

Lilli Blue’s Vintage Rescues is a little department store of previously owned treasures. Mixing old and new, handmade and store bought, the only requirement it is has to please the eye and satisfy the soul.

My wish is for you to have fun shopping. I love to recieve packages with wonderful presentation and that is what I send out. everybody loves a pretty package. A special surprise is included in every shipment. Thank You.
